Supplies purchased for hurricane victims

Thanks to the friends of Project Medishare, more than $32,000 has been raised so far to purchase many necessary supplies to those devastated after hurricanes Faye, Gustav and 2947755222_f3942f3167Hanna ravaged Haiti’s Central Plateau. The communities of Hinche and Thomonde received food supplies, household items such as linens and towels, along with kitchen and cooking utensils.

Below is a list of supplies purchased for the areas suffering from hurricane damage in Project Medishare’s service areas.

➢ Rice 100 sacks = 10000 lbs
➢ Spaghetti 50 cases = 1200 boxes
➢ Beans 50 sacks = 5000 lbs
➢ Corn 50 sacks = 5000 lbs
➢ Oil 25 cases = 600 liters
➢ Sugar 20 sacs = 2000 lbs
➢ Matches 300 boxes

➢ Plates/Bowls 300
➢ Cups 300
➢ Spoons 300
